If there is ever a conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Dedebet. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Dedebet takes age verification seriously. If at any point we have reason to believe a user is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending verification. Any winnings accumulated during the period of underage play will be forfeited.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Dedebet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If Dedebet identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts except the earliest registered one may be closed and any associated bonuses forfeited. Winnings generated through deliberate multi-account activity may also be withheld.
When you register with Dedebet, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and mobile number. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
Dedebet may request identity verification documents at any stage — at registration, before processing a withdrawal or as part of a routine compliance check. Acceptable documents include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), valid passport or any other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
Important: Dedebet reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account without providing specific reasons, in accordance with its licensing obligations and internal risk management procedures.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Dedebet login credentials — your username and password. Do not share your login details with any other person. Dedebet staff will never ask you for your full password in any communication, by email, phone or chat.
If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone without your authorisation, contact Dedebet at support@dedebet.bid immediately so the account can be secured. Dedebet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate security or shared your login credentials voluntarily.
You are strongly encouraged to use a unique, strong password for your Dedebet account and to enable any additional security features offered by the platform. If Dedebet detects suspicious login activity on your account, it may temporarily lock access and request identity confirmation before restoring full access.
Dedebet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods for Pakistani players:
All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Dedebet does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests submitted to Dedebet are typically processed within 30 minutes for mobile wallet transfers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). IBFT bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Card withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days.
Dedebet reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or if the account has not previously been verified. This is a standard compliance requirement and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing on your part.
Dedebet applies a return-to-source policy wherever technically possible. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposits, up to the amount deposited through that method. Any remaining balance above the deposited amount may be paid via your preferred withdrawal method as registered on your account.
An account that has not had any login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. Dedebet may apply a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 to inactive accounts once they pass this threshold, until either the account balance reaches zero or activity resumes. You will receive email notification before any fee is applied.
All bets placed at Dedebet are subject to the specific market rules applicable to that sport or event type. Market rules are published in the relevant sports section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm you have read and understood the applicable market rules.
The minimum stake per bet at Dedebet is Rs 200. Maximum stakes vary by event, market and account tier. Maximum stakes are displayed on the bet confirmation screen before you confirm. For accumulator bets, the Rs 200 minimum applies to the total parlay stake.
Bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body, league or tournament organiser. For cricket, the official PCB and ICC results are used. For football, the official competition's reported score at full time is used. Dedebet does not use unofficial sources for settlement. Most bets settle within 15 minutes of an official result being confirmed.
A bet becomes void and the stake is returned to your balance if: the event is cancelled and not replayed within a reasonable timeframe; the event result is declared null by the organiser; a specific market condition defined in the market rules is not met. In accumulator bets, a void selection removes that leg and the remaining legs are settled at the adjusted combined odds.
If odds are published due to a technical error, data feed failure or human input mistake that creates an obviously incorrect price (including but not limited to prices that no reasonable bettor would expect to be legitimate), Dedebet reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been accepted and confirmed. Dedebet will exercise this right reasonably and only in genuine error situations.
Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of markets during the event. In-play odds update continuously. The odds at the time you confirm your bet are the odds applied to that wager, even if the displayed odds change between you clicking and the bet being processed. Dedebet uses a brief delay on in-play bet acceptance to prevent exploitation of data feed advantages.
All casino games available at Dedebet — including online slots, table games, video poker and live dealer games — use certified random number generation (RNG) software or live-stream studio environments operated by licensed providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published in the individual game information panels.
The minimum bet for casino games starts from Rs 50. Live casino tables have individual minimum and maximum stake limits displayed on each table before you join. Progressive jackpot prizes are paid in PKR and credited directly to your Dedebet balance.
Dedebet reserves the right to void casino game rounds and withhold associated winnings if a technical malfunction, software fault or data error demonstrably affected the outcome of a round. Most bonuses at Dedebet carry a wagering requirement — an amount you must bet before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited and the deposit amount being returned.
Dedebet monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using coordinated low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine play ("bonus hunting"), or providing false information to qualify for a promotion are all considered forms of bonus abuse. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses cancelled, associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.
The welcome bonus available to new Dedebet registrants is subject to the terms published on the registration and promotions pages. The welcome bonus is available to new accounts only and may not be claimed more than once per individual, household or IP address. Dedebet reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any welcome bonus.
The following actions are strictly prohibited at Dedebet and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Dedebet cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving fraud, money laundering or integrity violations. Any account found to be engaged in the above activities will be suspended immediately and may be referred to relevant law enforcement agencies.
Dedebet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice. Grounds for closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete requested verification, suspected underage gambling, or compliance with licensing or legal obligations.
You may request closure of your Dedebet account at any time by contacting support@dedebet.bid. All active bets will be voided and stakes returned. Any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method after standard processing. If your account was closed as a responsible gaming measure, reactivation will require a cooling-off period and formal request.
If an account is closed by Dedebet due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is at the player's request or for administrative reasons, remaining balances are paid out promptly. Winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited regardless of account closure reason.
